HOW OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
When does my first box ship?
Your first shipment will ship in 2 business days or when you specify at checkout.
When do follow up boxes ship?
Your second package and recurring packages will ship 2 days after your renewal.
Your renewal is on the same day of the month as the date you signed up. Example: Sign up for a monthly subscripiton on June 5th, renew on July 5th, ship on July 7th. If you need to change any of these details, please email us at info@jerkysnob.com
If you requested a future ship date for your first package, all subsequent shipping and renewal dates will be adjusted accordingly to fit a basic 30-day shipping schedule.
Are all memberships recurring?
All normal subcriptions renew by default.
Gift subscriptions are automatically set to expire after the final package ships.
How do I skip a month?
If you are on a month-to-month subscription you can skip a month by logging into your account
1. At the bottom click on the blue "Manage Subscriptions Here"
2. Click the subscription you want to skip.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Skip this order."
4. A pop-up box will appear. Click the black button "Ship this order."
If you are on a longer term subscription, please contact us to skip a month. info@jerkysnob.com
Can I do this for just 1 month to try it out?
Sure, you can either gift one to yourself or you can simply subscribe and then cancel your subscription after your first month.

What is Jerky Snob?
Jerky Snob is a subscription-based service that sends healthy and delicious monthly shipments of great jerky that is made by independent and small-batch producers. We are continually searching for great jerky so you don't have to. Let us do the hard work for you so you can enjoy a great variety of artisan jerky delivered to your home or office. Don't delay and become a jerky snob today!
What is included in the package?
We include 4 ounces, 8 ounces, or 16 ounces of carefully curated artisan jerky bags in each shipment depending on which package you select. All customers will also get a card that is full of details about the jerky companies and what goes into preparing each batch.
How is this different than jerky from the store or gas station?
We select from a wide variety of small batch jerky artisans across the country. You will love getting different flavors from companies that you probably have never heard of before. You won't be bored by the selection and you will be supporting small businesses.
International Shipping
We ship to a limited number of countries. Israel, Singapore, and Taiwan, are popular. Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Canada or Australia, We do not ship to the EU, Central or South America, Africa, or China.
Billing
How does billing work?
When you sign up for Jerky Snob you are billed right away. The ship date of your first box will be 2 business days or if another date is specified at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription to Jerky Snob at any time. *Please note, the system does NOT automatically refund any unshipped, pre-paid packages. Please email us.
1. Login to your account.
2. At the bottom click on the blue "Manage Subscriptions Here."
3. Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
4. Click on the subscription again.
5. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Cancel Subscription."
6. Choose cancelation reason (optional)
7. Click "Next."
8. Click the black "Cancel" button.
9. *If you have unshippped packages you need refunded, please email us at info@jerkysnob.com
If you want to cancel a subscription or gift that was created on our old website before 10/21/22 or from the Cratejoy Marketplace. Please go www.Cratejoy.com to sign in and cancel.
Account Log In not recognized.
Previous Customer: If you signed up with us before 11/22/22 on our old website and no longer have any active subscriptions, you will need to need to create a new account to purchase additional items here on the new site.
Current Customers: If you have an active subscription that was created before 11/22/22 on our old site and need to manage your account, please login to our old site here: https://jerkysnob.cratejoy.com
Current Cratejoy Customers: If you signed up with us through the Cratejoy Marketplace before 11/22/22 and need to manage your account, login here: https://www.cratejoy.com/
*Please note, Cratejoy Marketplace customer. You will need to continue to access your account through Cratejoy, or cancel in Cratejoy and create a new account with us and place new orders. (Cratejoy Marketplace charges customers a 7% convenience fee on new orders. Our new website does not.)
Do you offer refunds?
We will be unable to issue a refund if your subscription box has already shipped. If you cancel your subscription after your credit card has been charged and before your package ships, Jerky Snob will happily issue a refund if requested. Please contact us at info@jerkysnob.com to request a refund before shipment.
Why does my account say "Expired?"
GIFT subscriptions are set to expire as soon as the order is placed. Your gift recipient will still receive all of the packages you purchased. The "Expired" note is there to verify that the subscription will not renew.
Regular subscriptions say "Expired" when a customer's credit card expires.
