Processing Time
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed (including automatic monthly renewals), unless a specific shipping date was chosen for the first order.
Shipping Information and Tracking
An automated tracking code email will be sent for you convenience once the package has shipped. If a package is lost or marked as delivered, but is not there, please check these items FIRST before emailing customer service. Our packaging fits in most standard mailboxes.
- Ask other members of your household if they brought in the mail and forgot to tell you.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake. (Ex: text, knock on doors, or post on a neighborhood Social Media group.)
- If you live in an apartment/condominium/townhome complex:
- Check with the front office or mailroom (if applicable).
- If there is a "cluster type" mailbox, check in your mailbox for a key that may go to a larger box where packages can be delivered by the mail carrier.
- Contact your local USPS office and have them check the GPS location of where the package was delivered when it was scanned for final delivery. Or have them check with your mail carrier to see if they remember the package.
If you cannot locate the package, email us at info@jerkysnob.com and we will work with you to remedy the situation.
Cancellation After Shipping
Subscriptions that are cancelled AFTER the package has shipped will not be refunded. If it is a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription, only the remaining packages can be refunded. You must email us to request a refund.
